Every family has a story, and capturing the smiles, laughter and special moments are what have inspired me to be a photographer. After falling in love with the art of photography in 2010, I have been photographing families since 2010. As a wife and mom of three, I understand how important photographs of our family and children are. I would love to work with you to create beautiful portraits of your family, baby or high school senior.

Susan Yates Photography is a natural light, on-location photography service created by portrait photographer Susan Yates. Located on the coast of eastern North Carolina, Susan Yates Photography became known for its newborn and family photography artwork in 2010. Susan Yates Photography helps create one-of-a-kind portraits out of life's most cherished moments for families across eastern North Carolina and families visiting the Crystal Coast. Susan Yates is a family portrait photographer with clients traveling from Raleigh, NC, Ohio, Virginia, South Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey, New York, and much of the US during the spring and summer for sessions while vacationing on the Crystal Coast. Susan Yates Photography has grown to create portraits for many occasions including maternity, newborns, families, children, baby's first year, engagements, and high school seniors. Susan Yates Photography proudly serves Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Pine Knoll Shores, Morehead City, Beaufort, Harkers Island, Cape Carteret, Newport, Havelock, and surrounding areas for portrait sessions.
